At Classique Nails Beauty Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional beauty products. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific shipping address for our warehouse.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the unused products to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
